Thanks a bunch!

hello Nancy
Looks like great stuff after all the “promises” I have seen ot there.
Do you have any references from sites you have done in the “internet marketing niche” Ie info products?
Also do you consider Alexa ratings to be of any signifiance…
I am pressed to upfront $1800…..do you consider any other payment options
Great Launch by the way!!
Thanks Leo
What do you think of starting a business with just a blog instead of a regular website? I am a real newbie and don’t know how to set up a website. I would like to affiliate products from Clickbank and looking for easiest way to start.

Hi Randy,
The attraction of using a blog to start an affiliate business, aside from the fact that blogs can be easy to set up is that blogs can be easy to get new pages to rank nearly effortlessly on long tail phrases. Now I don’t like to put any real effort into ‘long tail’ phrases so with blogs, the listings just come naturally.
I like Wordpress because it’s easy, it’s free and they have well over 1,000 templates from which you can choose a design that will work fine with your site. I encourage folks to ‘own their own real estate’ by which I mean get your own URL and hosting rather than use a shared service like Blogger or Blogsome. Wordpress has a lot of tutorials that are well done so even a newbie like yourself can get a site up.
One last thought. While blogs are quick to rank individual posts on long tail phrases, they do need a bit more work for ranking on competitive phrases like ‘make money online’. This can be overcome with some planning on your blog structure – but I felt it is important to cover this element.
Good luck Randy!
Nancy
